ORDER:

The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction that the Appeal (L) No.757 of 2018 filed by the Petitioner which is pending before the DRAT be heard expeditiously. We are not inclined to grant such prayer. The Petitioner is, however granted liberty to apply to the DRAT. It is for the DRAT to consider the request of the Petitioner if such Application is made by the Petitioner.
