In view of the fact that the charge sheet has been filed, no relief can be granted to the Petitioner in the above Criminal Writ Petition. The learned counsel for the Petitioner sought to make submissions which would entail us sifting and weighing the material which has come on record. It is not possible for this Court to carry out the said exercise and reach a conclusion lest it affects the Petitioner's case at the trial. Hence no case for grant of any relief is made out.
