Heard the learned counsel for the Applicants in Civil Application No. 1648 of 2016 through which a prayer has been made to bring the legal heirs of the sole Petitioner Sadashiv Sidramappa Bolkute on record as the sole Petitioner died on 28th February, 2016. 3.

On due consideration, the Civil Application is allowed. The necessary amendment in the Petition is to be carried out within a week. List the Petition on 27th July, 2016. Civil Application stands disposed of.
