Heard Mr. Sabarad, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. Kakde, learned AGP for the State. 2.

The facts of the present case and the facts of Writ Petition No.6243 of 2016 are identical. The contention of the Petitioner in this writ petition is also that the acquisition proceedings in respect of the subject land have lapsed. Mr. Kakde, learned AGP having taken instructions states that the acquisition of the subject land has lapsed. We, therefore, allow the writ petition and direct Respondent No.2 to issue necessary directions to his officials to delete the entries of reservation for the project affected persons from the other rights column of 7/12 extract of the land bearing Survey No.440/2A situate at Mouje Man, Taluka Mulshi, District Pune admeasuring 1-H 34-Gunthas. 3.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
