Learned APP has tendered on record a copy of the Judgment and Order dated 28th November 2023, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan, District - Thane, in Sessions Case No.91 of 2019, by which, the applicant has been acquitted of the offences with which he was charged. 5.

Considering the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in this application. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
