DATE : 23 FEBRUARY, 2015 P.C. :- 1] By this petition, the petitioners applied for transfer of proceedings in revision petition from the Minister ( Revenue) to any other Minister of the Revenue Cabinet or any other appropriate authority for decision on merits.

2] There is no dispute that the Minister (Revenue), with regard to whom the petitioners had made grievance, no longer continues to be the Minister ( Revenue). Therefore, without going into any of the allegations made by the petitioners in the petition, which in any case have been denied by the respondents, suffice to observe that the present petition is rendered infructuous.

3] The present petition is accordingly disposed of as having become infructuous.
