The grievance of the Petitioner is rejection of his application to release him on parole leave.

Learned APP has brought to the notice of this Court that the when the Petitioner was earlier released on parole, he overstayed for 229 days and did not surrender in time. The reasons assigned by the authorities appears to be reasonable. In that view of the matter and in view of the fact that the grievance of the Petitioner relates to the year 2014, the present petition needs no further consideration. Hence, the same stands disposed of.
