Heard the parties. We are inclined to dispose of present Writ Petition with direction to Respondent No.5 to consider the application filed by the Petitioner as main action was initiated at the instance of Petitioner-original complainant which is the subject matter of Revision.

Leave to amend the petition is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
