Advocate Venegaonkar, representing Respondent Nos.2 to 10 states that the Competent Authority shall within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the claim/representation, decide the claim / representation by following the provisions of the Scheduled Tribes and Other Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition of Forest Rights) Act, 2006, the Rules framed thereunder and guidelines issued from time to time.
