This is an application filed by the State for cancellation of regular bail granted to the respondent i.e. original accused No. 8. Learned A.P.P on instructions states that the trial has already progressed and is likely to conclude soon. It is not in dispute that during the pendency of this application, the respondent has committed any offence or threatened the witnesses.
