When this matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioners states that First Information Report No.7 of 2010 registered with Mangaon police station under sections 420, 467, 471 and 472 which was subsequently numbered as Regular Criminal Case No.85 of 2010 has already been quashed vide order dated 22nd March, 2016 passed in Criminal Appeal No.201 of 2016 by the Division Bench of this Court. In the circumstances the present petition does not survive. The Writ Petition is disposed of as not pressed. (A.K. MENON, J.)
