Mr. Chavan, learned counsel appearing for the Applicants states that the Hon'ble Supreme Court by order dated 13th April 2023 passed in Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.7602 1/2

39-IA-14145-2023.doc Sonali of 2023, requested this Court to consider and dispose of the Writ Petition as expeditiously as possible, if the application for early hearing of the Writ Petition is filed. The present Interim Application is taken out pursuant to said order passed by the Supreme Court.

Accordingly, the hearing of the Writ Petition is expedited and the Writ Petition be listed for final hearing on 14th September 2023 at 2.30 p.m.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
