Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Advocate for the applicant submits that it remained on the part of applicant to deposit arrears of maintenance charges as per earlier order dated 21.9.2016. He submits that applicant wants four weeks time to deposit entire arrears of maintenance charges upto June, 2017 before the Trial Court. Same is accepted. Hence, following order is passed:

a) Four weeks time is granted to the applicant to clear entire arrears of maintenance charges payable to the respondent as per the order dated 31.3.2015 passed by Family Court, Nashik in Mohite 1/2

7 revn309-15 Petition No.E-174/2012.

b) Maintenance charges be deposited in the Family Court at Nashik.

c) If the applicant failed to comply this order within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, Criminal Revision Application shall stand dismissed without referring back to the court.

d) Stand over for 5 weeks.
