After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant when this court was not inclined to grant relief, the learned counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the trial if the trial pertaining to CR No. I-519/2015 registered with Narpoli Police Station Bhiwandi, District Thane does not commence within a period of one year from today. 2.

Leave and liberty granted.

The record reveals that the applicant is arrested on 18.11.2015 in the present crime. She is a lady. In view of the same the Special Judge ceased of the trial pertaining to CR No.I519/2015 registered with Narpoli Police Station Bhiwandi,District Thane is requested to make an endeavor to expedite the trial .
