By this appeal, the Appellant - claimant challenges the judgment and award dated 31.01.2019 passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Mumbai in Claim application No.OA.No.446/2012 dismissing the Appellant's claim application for compensation u/s.16(1) read with 13(1-A) of the Railway Claims Tribunal Act, 1987 and Section 124-A of the Railways Act, 1989 seeking compensation to the tune of Rs.4 lacs.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellant and the impugned judgment and award following order is passed:
