It further appears that, petitioners have been served with pasting of notices on their last known address i.e. address mentioned in the cause-title of the petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, he also tried to contact the petitioners on several occasions. However, the petitioners are not responding to him.

In view thereof, it appears that, the petitioners are no more interested in pursuing the petition.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
