This is an application for setting aside the order dated 1st March, 2019 passed by the Registrar, Judicial - II for refusing registration of the Second Appeal for failure on the part of the appellants to remove the office objections within the time granted by the Registrar.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the order dated 1/3/2019 passed by the Registrar, Judicial-II is set aside subject to the appellants removing all the office objections within a period of 4 weeks from today.
