P.C.:- Learned APP on instructions from Senior Jailor, Kolhapur Central Prison, Kalamba submitted that, subsequent to the rejection of Application of Petitioner dated 13th December, 2019 for parole leave, he was released on furlough leave from 15th November, 2022 to 12th December, 2022 for 28 days and he returned to the Jail Authority within stipulated period on 13th December, 2022.
