Against the Order dated 16 June 2023 passed by the Divisional Deputy Registrar, CS Dairy, Pune, an appeal was fled by the Petitioner before the Joint Registrar, CS, Dairy Worli, Mumbai, which is listed for consideration on 5 July 2023. The apprehension expressed by learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners is that although the matter is fxed for hearing on 5 July 2023, yet 1/2

WP 7812-23.dco.doc Chittewan assuming that the Petitioner was granted an opportunity of being heard, if Orders in the interim application do not follow immediately thereafter, prejudice would be caused to the interest of the Petitioner, who has been removed as a Director of Respondent No.4society. Mr. Rajpurohit, learned AGP appearing for Respondent Nos.1 to 3-State, upon instructions, however, assures the Court that the matter will be heard on 5 July 2023 by the Appellate Authority, especially, on the issue of interim application fled by the Petitioner along with the memo of appeal and that appropriate Orders fnally will be passed on the said application not later one week from the said date. On that assurance, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition. The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
