This writ petition challenges two concurrent orders passed, respectively, by Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Miraj and the appellate order of 17 October 2015 passed by District Judge-4, Sangli. The orders are on an application for temporary injunction. These orders are passed in 2014 and 2015. The suit itself now being ripe for hearing, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the trial court, namely, Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Miraj, to dispose of the regular civil suit as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from today. It is made clear that whilst passing this order, this court has not applied its mind to the merits of the controversy. All rights and contentions of the parties on merits are kept open.
