The learned counsel for the applicant fairly submits that the trial is in progress. The prosecution has examined six witnesses. 2.
The learned APP submits that the next date is 27.9.2017. In the order dated 20.4.2016, this Court has specifically observed that the accused are not being produced before the Court on the dates fixed by the trial Court and the same results in protraction of the criminal proceedings. In the present case, the applicants are in custody since 2014. In view of this, it is expected from the prosecution agency that the accused are produced before the Court on each and every stipulated date as the trial stands expedited. The learned Sessions Court shall see to it that the accused are produced
