Learned APP on instructions from Senior Jailor, Kolhapur Central Prison, Kalamba submitted that, the Government has considered the case of Applicant and as per the Government Resolution dated 15th March, 2010, the Applicant has been placed in category 2(b)(c) and (d) thereof. That, the Applicant therefore will have to undergo 28 years of imprisonment for remission.
