Heard. The learned counsel for the petitioner filed affidavit dated 13.07.2017 describing subsequent events in the present matter. He submits that in view of subsequent events, the petitioner has specifically stated in para 5 of the affidavit that the matter may be disposed and the interim orders granted by this court earlier be vacated.

Paragraph 5 of the said affidavit reads thus: "5.

I say that hence in the light of the subsequent events that the legal heirs of the respondent No.1 have sold the property to the petitioner. True copy of the sale deeds are enclosed herewith and marked as Exhibit-A. Hence the petitioner is not pressing this petition Basavraj G Patil 1/2

24.1158.96-wp and hence this Hon'ble Court may dispose off this petition and may vacate the interim orders granted by this Hon'ble Court earlier."

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the affidavit dated 13.07.2017 duly affirmed by the petitioner Bhimrao Nivrutti Devadkar, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.

Interim relief, if any, granted earlier, stands vacated.

No order as to costs.

6.

In view of disposal of the Writ Petition, pending civil applications, stand disposed of as infructuous.
