Learned Counsel for the parties state that the matter is settled between the Petitioner and Respondent No.3-Financial Institution. They have tendered Minutes of Order dated 12.07.2018. We record the statement of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Minutes of Order shall be signed by Petitioner Nos.2 & 3 by tomorrow. We accept the statement. Learned Counsel Mr. Suresh Kumar appearing for Respondent Nos.1 & 2 (Union of India and Tax Recovery Officer respectively) states that there is no objection to the Court passing an order in terms of the Minutes of Order as the Minutes of Order sufficiently safeguards the interest of Income Tax Department and is in accord with the Consent Terms filed in DRT on 29.11.2017.
