By this Application, the Applicant has sought modification of bail condition in the order dated 06/03/2019 in Criminal Bail Application No.128/2019. By order dated 06/03/2019, this Court granted bail to the Applicant. One of the conditions of the bail order was to report to the concerned Police Station once in a month on first Saturday of the month between 11:00 am to 1:00 pm till further orders. 2.

Mr. Karansingh Rajput, learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Trial has not yet commenced and that the Applicant has been reporting to the investigating officer of the concerned police station on 1/2

P.H. Jayani 34 APPP890.2019.doc 1st Saturday of every month in compliance with the said order. He submits that the Trial may take considerable time to commence. He further submits that the Applicant shall appear before the Court on each and every date of hearing.

In view of the above and also considering the fact that the Applicant has abided by the conditions stated in the order dated 06/03/2019 since last three years, in my considered view, this is a fit case to relax the condition in paragraph 7(iii) of the order dated 06/03/2019 passed in Bail Application No.128/2019. Hence, the condition no.7(iii) specified in the order dated 06/03/2019 is relaxed. It is, however, made clear that the Applicant shall appear before the Court on each and every date of hearing and shall also furnish current details of his permanent/temporary address, if any, to the investigating officer and shall report to the investigating officer in case of change in address.
