The Consent Terms are signed by the constituted attorney holder of the Appellant and by the Respondent No. 2. Both parties are present before this Court and reiterate the contents of the Consent Terms. The parties are identified by their respective Advocates. The statement made in the Consent Terms are accepted as an undertaking given to this Court.
