Relief claimed by the petitioner in this writ petition is for direction upon the Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nandurbar, respondent no. 2, to decide his application for grant of caste validity certificate as well as for a direction to his employer, respondent no. 3, not to take any adverse action for want of caste validity certificate. 2.

Seemingly, these two prayers have been included in a single prayer clause, i.e. clause (a), to avoid presentation of this writ petition before the Aurangabad Bench of this Court. Since Mr. Mendadkar admits that the principal relief is for a direction to the Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nandurbar to grant the requisite certificate, we are of the view that the writ petition ought to be heard by the Bench at Aurangabad.
