This petition is of the year 1998. On 2nd June, 2017, when the petition was placed before this court, none appeared for the petitioner. Again on 22nd June, 2017, the petitioner was not represented and as a last chance, the court had adjourned the matter to 6th July, 2017. Today again when the petition is called out for hearing, the petitioner is not represented. It appears that the petitioner has lost his interest to prosecute the petition.
