The present civil application is taken out by the respondent No.3 in the petition, seeking relief against the petitioner which is a cooperative society in respect of license fees payable to the brother of the applicant who is a member of the society but who is not made party to the present application or the petition. In the circumstances Mr. Warunjikar seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to adopt fresh steps. Accordingly, civil application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to adopt fresh steps. No order as to costs. (A. K. MENON, J.)
