P.C.:- Record indicates that, at the time of admission of the present Petition, as no case was made out for grant of interim relief, this Court had not granted interim relief in favour of the Petitioner-husband by its Order dated 7th August, 2007.

The impugned Order dated 3rd December, 2002, was passed by the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Niphad thereby, granting enhanced maintenance or Rs.1500/- each in favour of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. The Revision Application challenging the said Order by the Petitioner was partly allowed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Niphad, thereby confirming enhanced maintenance granted by Order dated 3rd December, 2002, however, made it applicable from the date of Order i.e. from 3rd December, 1/2
