None appears on behalf of the Petitioner. We have perused the order passed by this Court. By the order dated 21st July, 2014, this Court had extended the time to deposit the amount of Rs. 20 lacs until further orders. We are informed that the appeal filed by the Petitioner before the DRAT is still pending.

This Court had extended the time granted by the DRAT till the further orders and direct the DRAT to dispose of the appeal on merits as expeditiously as possible.

If the amount is not deposited within four weeks, the appeal would stand dismissed. With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the earlier order which is passed may be recalled. 5.

In our view, since the order was passed in the morning session, the Petitioner is at liberty to apply for review or recalling of the said order by filing an appropriate application.
