The learned AGP on instructions states that against 42 employees, a departmental inquiry was initiated. As 5 out of 42 employees are no more, inquiry proceeded in 37 cases. Except three, all other inquiries are already over. He states that remaining three inquiries will be concluded within a period of three weeks from today.

We accept the aforesaid statements. In view of these statements, time to comply with the order dated 31st March 2015 is extended till 16th September 2016. No further extension will be granted.
