Petitioner No. 1 husband is present with his advocate. Complainant-respondent No. 2 is present with her advocate. Learned APP appears for respondent No. 1.

In Petition A-1365/2019 filed in Family Court at Bandra, Consent Terms were entered into between the parties on 26th August, 2019. Accordingly, those proceedings have been converted into one under section 13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act for grant of Decree of Divorce by mutual consent. In view of settlement, the parties are jointly requesting Talwalkar

7.apl1184.19.doc for quashing of FIR and Criminal Case pending before 68th Metropolitan Magistrate' Court at Boriwali. FIR is under section 498A, 406, 323, 506, 504 of the Indian Penal Code read with section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Respondent No. 2 has today tendered separate affidavit reiterating no objection.

In this situation, accepting joint request, we make rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
