Entertaining the present Civil Application would amount to reviewing the order of coordinate Bench (S.C. Dharmadhikari and P.D. Naik, JJ).

We are not inclined to entertain the Civil Application. Hence the Civil Application is rejected.

After the orders are passed by us and even after the next matter is called out, Shri Upadhyay, the learned counsel for the Applicant / Petitioner continues to argue the matter. In spite of our repeated request to leave the podium he is refusing to leave the podium.

Shri Upadhyay, the learned counsel in effect is preventing us from discharging our duties and as such interfering in the functioning of this Court of administration of justice.

Issue notice to Shri Upadhyay calling upon him to show cause as to why the action should not be taken against him for interfering the administration of justice. Notice returnable on 31st July 2017.
