By this application, applicant is seeking permission to allow her to withdraw sum of Rs.50,000/- deposited by the Petitioner husband as per order dated 31.10.2014 passed by this court (Coram: R.M.Savant, J.) towards maintenance charges.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he received instruction from his client they have no objection if said amount is permitted to be withdrawn by the applicant wife.
