This Application is moved for condonation of delay of 101 days in filing the First Appeal. Though served on the respondents, none present. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that on 25th March, 2015, certified copy of the judgment and order was received. Thereafter, the appellant was suffering from viral hepatitis. So also, he tried to collect some information before filing of the Appeal under Right to Information Act, therefore, more time was consumed in filing First Appeal. 3.

In view of the explanation given by the learned counsel for the applicant and in view of uncontroverted submission, delay is condoned. Civil Application is allowed.

Appeal be registered. Place the Appeal for admission on 18th January, 2016.
