Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

This application is for deleting the name of respondent no.7(a) - Dattatraya Shankarrao Sapkal alias Macchindra Shankar Sapkal from the cause title of Second Appeal.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) at the cost and consequences of the Mohite 1/2

"a) that the Applicants may be permitted to delete the name of the Respondent No.7(a) - Dattatraya Shankarrao Sapkal alias Macchindra Shankar Sapkal."

B) Applicant to carry out appropriate amendment within six weeks from today.

C) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
