Heard the learned appearing for the parties. By this application, the applicant has prayed for restoration of the writ petition, which was dismissed by order dated 4.4.2016 for non removal of office objections. The applicant has also prayed for condonation of delay of 21 days, caused in filing this application. For the reasons stated in the application, the order dated 4.4.2016 is recalled and Writ Petition (St.) No. 24822 of 2015 is restored to the file. The civil application is accordingly allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c).
