We have heard Mr. Ganbavale, learned advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Hegde, learned advocate for respondents 2 and 3 (CIDCO).

In the affidavit filed on behalf of respondents 2 and 3 in para 15, it is stated that the objection raised by other employees as per circular dated 17th August 2021 regarding seniority list are under consideration.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has also raised objection to the seniority list. The same is not yet decided. Precisely, the same is also the prayer clause (c) of the writ petition.

In light of that, the respondents shall take decision upon the objection (page 32 of the writ petition) raised by the petitioner to

38-WP.9394.2022 the seniority list on its own merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and if possible, within eight weeks. Dependent upon the decision taken on the objection of the petitioner, the parties may resort to the further course of action. 5.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
