The FCA No.104/2010 and FCA No.97/2010 were disposed of on 9/7/2014, on the basis of Consent Terms filed by the Appellant and the Respondent.

By consent of the parties, we direct that in view of the disposal of the FCA's by the aforesaid order, no action shall be taken against the Respondent (Gaurang Vinod Doshi) on the basis of the order dated 21/1/2011 passed in CA 338/2016 in FCA No.97/2010 as well as the order dated 20/5/2011 passed in CA No.116/2011 in FCA No.97/2010. In view of subsequent disposal of the Family Court Appeals, we clarify that the passport of the Respondent shall not be cancelled on the basis of the aforesaid orders. 3.
