The Applicant was directed to be released on anticipatory bail vide order dated 3rd February 2014 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1161 of 2013. In the said order, a condition was imposed that the Applicant shall not leave India without the previous permission of this Court.

Thereafter the Applicant had sought permission to travel abroad on several occasions, which was granted by this Court. The present application is preferred seeking permission to travel to China between 16th July 2017 and 23rd July 2017 and to Bangkok between 10th August 2013 and 19th August 2017. 3.
Taking into consideration the fact that on several occasions the Applicant has been granted permission to travel abroad on complying with the conditions imposed, the Applicant has travelled
2 of 2 65.APPP.578.2017 abroad and has returned to India, this application can be granted on similar terms and conditions.

Hence, I pass following order :
ORDER
(i) The Application is allowed;
(ii) The Applicant is permitted to travel at China during the period between 16th July 2017 and 23rd July 2017 (both days inclusive) and to Bangkok between the period 10th August 2017 and 19th August 2017 (both days inclusive);
(iii) The Applicant shall furnish details of his itinerary including details of flight to the concerned police station; (iv) The Applicant shall furnish his mobile phone number and addresses where he intends to reside during his travel; (v) On his return from China and Bangkok, the Applicant shall inform the same to the concerned police station; (vi) The application is disposed of.
