The petitioner seems to have grievance as regards the allotment of tenements meant for the project affected persons in the Societies mentioned in prayer clauses (a)

Rane * 2/2 * WP-2326-2016 (SR.11) Thursday, 14.9.2017 and (b) of the petition. The relief sought by the petitioner is omnibus, inasmuch as, the petitioner wants this Court to direct investigation in respect of the said allotments. The said reliefs are founded on the case of the petitioner that he has been cheated in respect of the sale of certain premises which were meant for project affected persons. Having regard to the relief sought in the above petition, it is not possible for this Court, to consider the grant of the relief sought vide prayer clauses (a) and (b). If the petitioner has any grievance against any person who has promised to sell the premises meant for project affected persons to him, it is for the petitioner to adopt such remedies as are available and permissible in law. With the observations as aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed.
