The learned counsel for the applicant states that, during the pendency of this application, now the charge-sheet is filed and therefore, the applicant wants to withdraw this application with liberty to approach the trial court for her release on bail in changed circumstances of filing of the charge-sheet. 2.

Considering this prayer, the application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to make a fresh application for bail before the trial court in changed circumstances of filing of the charge-sheet.
