Since the offence invoke to the provisions of POCSO Act, let the complainant be added as Respondent No.2. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Issue notice to the newly added respondent, making it returnable on 23.08.2022.

Let the learned APP shall inform the complainant about her impleadment in the application and also apprise her about her right to be represented through the counsel of her choice.
