1) This is an application seeking restoration of the writ petition dismissed on account of failure of the petitioner to remove office objections.

3) For the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. The order passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) on 14th December, 2015 dismissing the petition against respondent no.1 stands recalled and the petition is restored.
