Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is for joining applicant as respondent in Appeal from Order No.624 of 2014. The learned counsel for the appellant makes a statement that in view of subsequent development order dated 17.11.2014 passed by City Civil Court at Mumbai, (Borivali Division), Dindoshi in Chamber Summons No.481 of 2014 in Suit No.1108 of 2014 they have no objection to allow this Civil Application. Hence, by consent, following order is passed:

a Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

48 caa840-14.doc "(a) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased allow the applicants to be added as additional and necessary respondents in the above said Appeal from Order No.624 of 2014 and further order to the appellant to amend the appeal memo."

b Appellant is directed to joined applicant as respondent in Appeal from Order No.624 of 2014 within two weeks from today.

c Appellant is directed to serve amended copy of Appeal from Order as well as Civil Application on respondent's advocate thereafter.

d Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
