Mr. Zha, learned counsel, having taken instructions from his client seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to prosecute his remedy before the appropriate Forum for the reliefs claimed in prayer clause (d) of the petition, at the appropriate stage.

At this stage, it is submitted that the charge-sheet in respect of the subject crime is already filed and it is numbered as Sessions Case No.71 of 2016 in the Court of Sessions for Thane at Thane. Since the subject crime involves charge under the provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 ("POSCO Act"), in the light of the provisions of Section 35(2) of the POSCO Act, we direct expeditious hearing of the said case.
