This Interim Application is filed to bring on record the legal heirs and representatives of deceased Respondent No.1. The Respondent No.1 passed away on 15th April 2021 and the present application is filed on 11th August 2021. 3.

Due to COVID pandemic, the Supreme Court has suspended the limitation period from 15th March 2020 to 28th February 2022. Therefore, there is no delay in filing this application.
