For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the order dated 12/06/2015 dismissing the Civil Revision Application is recalled. The Civil Revision Application is restored to the file. The interim order which was operating during the pendency of the Civil Revision Application is also restored subject to the condition that the URS

2 CAC 503-15 in CRA 344-09.doc-P-3 applicants deposit in this Court compensation at the rate of Rs.5,000/- per month from 01/02/2009 till date and continues to deposit in this Court compensation at the rate of Rs.5,000/- per month on or before the 5th day of each succeeding month.

The arrears to be deposited within a period of four months from today by way of equal monthly installments. In case there is any default, either in deposit of arrears installment or monthly compensation, the interim order shall stand vacated. The first of such installment towards arrears shall be paid on or before 18/11/2015. 4.

Place this matter for directions on 23/11/2015. 5.

All concerned to act on basis of authenticated copy of this order.
