Heard learned counsel for the applicant Central Bureau of Investigation on this application for restoration of earlier dismissed application no.335 of 2014. 2.
Earlier application no.335 of 2014 was for condonation of delay of 215 days in preferring the appeal along with application for leave to challenge the acquittal of the respondent in the matter of offence punishable under section 13(1)(e) read with section 13(2) of prevention of corruption Act, 1988.

For the reasons mentioned in the application the application for restoration is allowed and accordingly disposed of. The earlier disposed of application no.335 of 2014 is restored to the file. In that matter notice was directed to be issued against respondent nos.1 and 2. Applicant to supply spare copies of the application for condonation of delay so that the notice can be issued against respondent no.1 and 2. At this stage learned counsel for the applicant stated that there are certain corrections to be made in the application for condonation of delay. Amendment is allowed. The amended copies of application of condonation of delay be supplied. Stand over to 04th August 2015.
